Good onboarding, good communication, good instructors and lessons.

Imagine paying for your child’s swimming lessons pre-covid, and being assured these will be honoured as soon as the school is back up and running after lockdown.Imagine reaching out several times to be told the big pool (where your child has his lessons) is not open yet, but he can come for his lessons as soon as it is open again.Imagine suggesting that, as you’re clearly not getting these promised (and paid for) lessons anytime soon, you’ll just have the lessons transferred to your younger child, who can do lessons in the smaller pool, which has reopened.Imagine being told no, that’s not an option, and also due to financial pressure, you can’t get a refund.Imagine the owner suggests that you do as others have done - see this as a challenge you need to help each other through (although essentially you just need to help them by giving them your money - they're not really doing anything to meet you halfway).Imagine they tell you to just let it rest.Enroll your child at Swimmable, and you won’t have to imagine :-)

Having taken my daughter to swimming lessons previously (discontinued only due to us not being able to take her anymore in the week and no weekend availability) I must say I am very disappointed to see how Swimmable compares.Very stinky toilet facilities, congested and unhygienic changing room, the pool does not look anywhere near as sparklingly clean as the website ads suggest, and staff should not discuss children as if they were not present.Update to the review:Dear Tom, Thank you for taking the time to call, and for your mails. I appreciate the explanation as to the background regarding certain of the aspects I was unhappy about, and am hopeful that as discussed, going forward we will have a more positive experience and see Swimmable at it's best.Further update on review 16/01/2017:Having taken my daughter to the holiday swimming clinic in the December holidays I have updated the review to 4 stars from 1. All issues previously named were resolved / improved and my daughter had fun and is more confident in the water. Thank you to Tom for convincing us to give it another shot and to Carla for her great work with my daughter.

Awesome place to learn how to swim, Courtney is an amazing instructor patient and very friendly. Could have given up if it wasn't for her

The tutors were very nice and went according to your comfort and what you could handle. Highly recommended for persons who want to overcome their fears of learning to swim

Friendly staff, clean and neat facilities, affordable and fun. What more do you want? Watching your little one having a ball in the pool - priceless. Swimmable s great for kids all ages. The sooner the better!

I’ve been attending classes at Swimmable for a few months and it’s been one of the best decisions I ever made. The instructors I’ve had have been so patient and gentle but push me to try my best when needed. I’ve been recommending Swimmable to all my loved ones. Shout out to Courtney!

I just want to thank you for making swimming so enjoyable for my daughter. She loves it so much, she wants to come every day! Dee is fantastic and my little girl is learning so well. I am super impressed with you guys! Well done!

Courtney is an amazing swimming coach. My daughter has attended classes as a baby and now at 3years she can’t wait to go to swimming. The smile and pure joy on her face every time she enters into the pool is priceless. Thank you Courtney and swimmable. Being able to watch your child’s progress and learning journey is a real gift.

My 7yr old son was there for two terms and he still can't swim. So disappointed.If I had known that a 7 yr old is too old to start learning how to swim I wouldn't have wasted my time and money.
