Premier Resort Cutty Sark Hotel

From the start of this experience the hotel was really great and we made use of the hotel for a business conference.Pros from the Experience:- Great Rooms- Lovely View- Friendly Staff- Lovely Food- Awesome Games room- Lovely Conference venueCons From the Experience:- Generator wasn't working for the first night and morning which caused low to no water pressure for the morning getting ready. partnered with Water tank issues on the 2nd day with no water again.- Not much Variety on the food- Bar Closes early- Pricy Drinks- Wifi Does not work in the rooms and had constant drops

Stayed one night on a short visit and found this hotel awesome. Very friendly staff and breakfast was amazing.Definitely will come back.

I was here for a little under 3 weeks, so a fairly long stay. All in all, a very pleasant stay. The facilities are all fairly good. Most of the reception staff were great, with the odd less personable one (as per other reviews). Breakfast staff were also great, a very friendly bunch and very accommodating. Room facilities generally good with complimentary water, coffee tea and biscuits (refilled daily). An international plug socket (fitting UK plugs) and USB charging points were a nice touch. My room had air conditioning.Some other points:There's signage in the bathrooms indicating towels etc will only be replaced if left on the floor. A save the planet" initiative which I fully support. However as much as I tried my towels were continuously replaced regardless

Clean, romantic, good for a weekend breakaway. Drinks and food bid expensive. Not 4star quality if Hotel is running more than 50% of capacity. Menu was limited, communication between waiters and visitors were bad. The bar is slow can't understand why there is only one person preparing Cocktails.We had a bad night after the Bufey. (Bathroom)Rest of the facility is great.Must give a shout out to !!!!!Brenton!!!!! one of the managers he helps were there were a problem and was fast to get a solution.Will go back but hope it can be better.

Had a wonderful stay. Staff are very friendly and accomodating. Great service from front desk. Just to mention a few staff that were very welcoming and friendly, Norma, Sipho,Sboh,Brenton.....Only dissapointments were very little vegetarian options for breakfast, all we had was baked beans and potatoes.House keeping service needs to be a bit more attentive as we had to ask for toilet rolls and towels to be replacedIt would be nice to have inroom dining.Overall it was a great stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to others and will definetely visit again.

Was a great stay, but had its flaws. Esp with the kitchen and dining staff. Needs a replacement on some of them. A good variety at the buffet but very overpriced for what is served. A few steps to the beach, and a very well maintained play room and a great spot for kids.

All I can say is WOW! I was lucky enough to have this hotel as my wedding venue on 15/04/2023 and they truly made it the best day ever! The staff were so kind and helpful and they just made the day even more special. If there are two people I have to really give a shout out to, it's Brenton Veeran (the food and beverage manager) and the Chef. Brenton was so welcoming and friendly from the get go. He never made me feel as if I was asking for too much and he always had a solution for any problem we had. He is the reason myself and the guests had the best party we could have ever asked for. He was so good with our guests, he made everyone feel at home and he never once looked stressed. He handled every situation with such poise and he strived to make my day as special as possible! I can't thank Brenton enough and he played a huge role in making my wedding the success it was. He is amazing at his job and he has excellent people skills. This hotel is so lucky to have a manager like him!! The Chef was top class. That was hands down the best food I have ever had at a wedding and the guests were blown away. The presentation was spot on and the flavour was insane. All my guests were raving about how good the food tasted and they all said it was the best food they had ever had at a wedding. The Chef also had the difficult task of feeding me with all my allergies and I did not expect my food to taste so delicious with all my limitations. The chef knocked it out the park and I am so grateful for all the effort that was put in. The waiting staff and bar staff were so high energy and friendly and their service was great. I'm just so thankful to all the staff!The actual venue was spectacular. We had the most beautiful view and the conference centre that hosted the reception was big and spacious. We had 100 guests and there was plenty of room to move around. The rooms we stayed in were huge and spacious and they decorated our suite which was such a nice surprise. I had the best wedding day I could have ever asked for and I am so so thankful!

Spent my birthday here; needed to unwind and we did exactly that. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Food was consistently delicious and catered to our meal requirements. Our room was clean, neat and very comfortable. With the beach being a very short and safe walk from the resort, we managed to watch the sunrise over the ocean every morning. The swimming pool is amazing and we spent much of our time there. Thank you Premier Resort Cutty Sark for a great and memorable stay!Note that we visited during the off-peak season.

Wonderful Resort. Would highly recommend.We had the most wonderful time on our recent holiday there. The resort is really well maintained, has excellent facilities and is great value for money.The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful especially Brenton, what a gem.The food on both the buffet and lunch menus was delicious. Good, simple, tasty food. Ocean views from the dining terrace are stunning.There were lovely activities that kept our children busy in the kids club and the pool was great for all ages.The beach is lovely and literally footsteps from the resort. The only negative was that some of our items got stolen when we left them on the beach to have lunch at the resort.We had a family room with an inter leading room for the kids which unfortunately didn't have any closet space but overall the rooms are really nice, modern and comfortable.We can't wait to go back!

I was disappointed with the service. Reception staff was efficient but rather cold. The first room issued had a terrible damp smell due to the carpet. While we were quickly reissued a similar room, the staff didn't seem to be very concerned about our inconvenience.Overall, it's a great place to stay with its easy access to the beach. There are 2 large pools to enjoy as well as a games room. The staff outdoors by the pool were helpful and friendly. The rooms were neat, clean and comfortable.Booking online was simple but the comparisons were not very clear between the various options especially wrt rooms with sea views vs rooms without. We needed to contact the hotel to understand the differences.
