Where do i get back the 30 minutes of my life i have just waisted at this store? Wanted a product no stock. Was willing to purchase another brand but the individual assisting was not of much assistance. Make-up section. The blank stare in the face said it all.

I was in so much pain , had to wait 45 min to be help, so much pain , and they are super slow

They agreed to take in a breast pump I never used since I am still pregnant. The manager the said that he is of opinion that I tampered with the product which is not true. Never have I ever been so embarrassed by a shop. Dischem will not see me again, I will ensure my friends and family will know the way I was treated by the store manager and ensure that they never enter this shop. Will see how long this manager will hold his job, after the memorandum that went out. What you do to others always comes back to you.

The store is extremely cramped... they rarely have what I am looking for and there is always a queue. The staff are friendly and helpful!

The staff here is well trained on health and wellness products. There are long quese at the cashiers when it gets busy but it does move at a satisfactory pace.

I just found it very time consuming to visit clinic on family planning appointment then be provided with a prescription to get medication at pharmacy which i will still be on Q, then go back to clinic to be injected and Q again at till point to pay..

I enjoy this dischem. The staff have been very helpful. Btw the staff are always visible in the isles or behind the counter. I love that they have a health section with gluten free options. There is A self help section , pharmacy and a clinic situated at the back. Lighting is great making it easy to see all their products. Tills have been almost all been manned every time I’ve been here. Free WiFi available should you need to check the internet for one or two products. The perfume and cosmetic section is great ( a bit cramped as the isles are tight here ) but other than that many top international brands available. Ample parking available and top point is that there is parking for wheelchair or special needs just outside their entrance

Usually quite busy with long queues.Happy with their selection of items.
