Absolutely useless. Had a receipt to exchange items for a different size not even a different item. Stood in the queue with a pregnant sister for over 20 minutes to be told you need a permission letter by a very arrogant person! Never seen such nonsense.

Cant believe that they able to do renavation and still have there doors open. It's a safety problem place has in even tiles smells of paint how much longer with it take to have the store up and running. The last 3 visit have really been unpleasant long wait at till points. This morning only 2 till points open and 10 people wait to be service. :( wont be going back there

Lots of items on sale on the day. Staff had their hands full with back shopping as most customers were rearranging the stock on offer all over the place. I didn't get what I was there for but I had good old retail therapy with my girls.

The Jewelry section was a terrible experience.Waited so long to get a hello" from the 2 ladies at the till.Customer service is non existent.Walked straight out and went to American Swiss where I was immediately assisted and happily left with my jewelry."

Extremely slow cashiers. Out of eight till points, there's a maximum of two cashiers at a time. This is the worst place ever. Can't even return an item with a gift receipt... What's the point of a gift receipt?? Terrible service.

If I could give a negative rating I would do that !!Bought perfume from them (My way - Giorgio Armani) got told when it is done I can come back with my slip and get it refilled.Went back with my slip to get it refilled and got told I cannot do it and the sales person who assisted me had left. Let me add that this is the second time this has happened and the sales person ‘left’ both times.When buying perfume/cologne please be careful when it comes to the refilling part.

Please get a manager or supervisor to assist in assigning people at tills based on customers. We can't be in a queue for more 30min with only 2 people serving. Improve customer service where needed.
