Sun City

After coming to Sun City for holidays almost every year for the last 6 years in a row they are really getting worse. Stayed in the cabanas. There were limited double tubes available and bus services to cabanas even worse. Waited on average 45 min for a bus. Really poor. Went from a 5 star to a 2

Good place for family, functions, couples and vacation

Had an amazing holiday there, so much to do it wil keep the family busy for a long time. Such a beautiful place and al the staff are super friendly and very helpful. One off my favorite places

A must see. You should spend at least one day in Sun City. You’ll get very options to spend the day. From valley of waves, swimming pool for adults and children, adrenaline rush down, vertical slide, and many more things to do. Recommended

Sun City is a Beautifull Resort in the North West Provinve. Great Outing For Leisure With The Ones You Love. Family and Friends. A Perfect Weekend and Holiday Getaway..

Actually we had to go to Brits Hartbeespoort dam but we were late then we thought that today we go to Suncity anyway we will never go together before, we will have a lot of fun, spent a very good time, always will remember, anyway with our love, everywhere looks very wonderful, but in Suncity we really had a lot of fun very good and memorable place Thank you Liefste being so cute and amazing ❤️

Would give 0 if I could. If you want to go here for just a day - don't. You have to buy tickets online or at engen as sun city is not capable of selling their own tickets, which ends up being R400 for the valley and sun city, and you can't split it if you didn't want to go to the valley. When we finally had our tickets after being rudely directed to engen, we were told to go to the day visitors gates, which are gates 1-5. When we got to gate 5, which was the closest one, the lady told us that she can't help us and that we must go to another gate. If she can't help the day visitors at the day visitors gate why is she just sitting there?? Then we found out from a security guard that only gate 2 can help us. Now we're FINALLY in Sun City, but the wait is not over! We had to wait for 1 HOUR for a bus to take us to Sun City, with no one at the assistance desks. After that, we needed the bathroom, only to find the door to the toilets with the front cover ripped open so all can see you do your business, the 10 soap dispensers being useless as only 1 works and having to use our clothes to dry our hands as the blow machine simply does not work. The majority of staff was incredibly rude or unhelpful, as we wanted to go to the hotel casino, but the staff that directed us told us to go to the gary player golf club. Then when inside we were told that they only want cash, then when we got cash another person helped us only to tell us he only wants cards. All in all, we will never come back to Sun City, even if it's for more than just a day.

A beautiful resort full of activities ranging from boat rides, slides, archery, water games and helicopter rides. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated.
