I’m not sure why but they round off 1c if the item for example is 29.99 they round it off to 30 rand on the till slip. I only noticed this when I got home looking at the slip also the assistances were of no help. Another guy from another store and a girl who works in the store was sitting on his lap not worries about customers whispering in each other’s ears. Another girl sitting behind the toll eating kfc and this guy was also behind the till eating kfc. This was on Friday 3 December around 5. I got no help whatsoever and this nail thing I bought with uv led light is not even working

I was there to buy something a gift for my wife but I don't know what to get the ladies that work there ask me do I need help I say yes then she take her time to show me the things that I can buy for my wife I feel so grateful thanks guys my wife very happy of the things that I got for her from you guys . I will be back Thanks guys

Extremely crowdy ship shop with super loud music. Teller helping a custemor instead of people in the line. Then I could pay as minimum swipe is R20. They fail to put a notifiable sign up for this. Stood 15 minutes annoyed in a row for absolutely nothing. You can just as wel go to a China shop and get way better service and prices.

Great make-up and accessories store at very affordable prices. Awesome service!!! Called in to find out if what I needed was in stock and the lady was very helpful. Bought my items and exited a happy customer. Purchasing more soon ...xoxo!

Always been very happy with the service at mimi Q until Laylah happened today who is a apparently the manager ,1st of all I purchased a small cellphone bag which was for my daughter and I asked her if they take tap to pay ,she looked confused and i said nvm I'll just use my card then she said with the phone ?I said yes but scan to pay she then turned machine to me and I notice it was tap to pay ,I then told her let's use my card ,as I was looking at the machine she had rounded it off the price tag states R39.99 and she just put through R40 .00 I then said to her softly that u shouldn't. Do that just round it off ,she then said it's the computer that rounded it off ,I said yes but you punch in the amount and I asked her to fix it I hadn't paid yet she said she can't, I told her that I'm paying for what's on the tag now she responded I'm just doing my job very sarcastically, I asked for a manager she said very badly imthe manager ,I asked for her name and I said ,you do do realize that that's going to affect ur bussiness more than the that 1c ,I then had to ask her are u not going to offer me a bag she then said ohyes ,I said how much is it as I don't want any favors as it seems now that she's doing me a favouur she said no it's fine ,I said no it's nog I left with the bag and plastic and I left R1.00 on the counter it all comes down to customer service and it doesn't matter If we work in the mall we paying yhe same money
