Brian from Big Brother Security helped me so much in setting up my 4WD with a more effective reversing camera than was fitted by the manufacturer and 3 cameras on my caravan, which have probably saved my marriage. He was so easy to work with and seemed to know exactly what I needed to do the job. He even made the job cheaper when he could easily have charged me more, rare commodities these days, honesty and integrity. He was even able to repair an expensive camera cable when I nearly severed it when reversing. All the equipment that Brian installed is still working faultlessly after about 2 years of rigorous use while we are travelling around Australia.Thank you Big Brother Security and Brian especially, you’ve made my life much easier….. if only you serviced V8 twin turbo diesels as well ahhh

Had an issue with our Nissan Patrol doors locking. Had tried several times to have it fix with Nissan no luck. Brian knew what the issue was, repared in half a day and replace our key remotes all for a great and fair price. So pleased with his service, highly recommend. Helen and Bill

Excellent customer service from Brian. I thought I just needed my immobilizer battery replaced but he identified that there were other issues with my locking system. He explained what the issues were, fixed it for me and charged a fair price. I would definitely recommend his services to others.
