I recently contacted their place of business in Claremont requesting a repair on a Ryobi Trimmer. The shop keeper explained that there are two positions of the crank which will determine the cost of the repair. Upon arrival, after driving for 20min, he glanced at the trimmer and said sorry I can't repair this machine because it's made in China. He only then explained that if the crank is located at the front of the motor it has to be fixed by Ryobi and that it's a half crank #whateverthatmeansA complete waist of my time and the arrogance left a bitter taste in my life.

Very bad service l took my lawnmower there they ask me to pay before they even see the problem l paid R350 but they promise to phone me in two days but I waited until three weeks, upon gone there they told me the motor is burn so it can't be fixed about my R350 is gone because they don't refund but they didn't touch or put any to the mower that can cost even R20 it's just bunch of Robert kak service they deserve 0 star

Very bad service, took my mower in for service as it was running very rough. received it back after paying a huge bill and it was no better. Took it back and was then informed it needed a new carburetor. Waited 3 weeks with no communication, eventually picked it up and took it elsewhere where the carb was merely cleaned and it runs perfectly. Rip off!!
