I was helped by Keagan at the Ballito store. Such great assistance from this guy when I was purchasing my appliance for home. Very knowledgeable with all the items in the store. I felt very comfortable, not stressed out looking for the ideal appliance. I will definitely shop at the Ballito store again!

This shop has a wide range of large household appliances such as fridges, TVs, and the like as well as all electronics products at very competitive prices.I only bought a high speed USB C cable and I got a very good one at less than half of the price that I would have paid in other shops.Special thanks to the sales assistant (Roseanne) who spent about 15 minutes with me for such a small purchase.

Hi, i prchased a genius solutionsactivity tracker from this store,and i really struggled with the app.. I contacted the store and spoke to Dylan. He took my number and said he would call back. In less than 5 minutes he called back and assisted me to set up my app. And he called back again to check if i had been successful with my app.. I managed to get it.. Thank you Dylan for the exceptional service provided today. I will definitely be visiting HiFi Corp Balito again soon. Keep up the good service guys... ✨

Amazing!! As soon as I walked into the store I was welcomed and immediately recieved one of the best customer experiences ever. A guy by the name Austin Govender was with me the entire time, giving me one of the best services ever, I was so confused on certain items but he's product knowledge is excellent and he made sure to help me out till the very end. Definitely by far the best service I ever experienced! Store overall is amazing, Very good store, neat and also amazing staff. I defentiely will go back!
