This is the first time I used this company. They use a leash to keep the dog in place at the back of a bakkie, which I have no problem with. The dog was handled by one person alone (a very friendly staff member) while the owner sat inside the bakkie having a smoke with no concern.My dog fell off the back of the bakkie still chained and his eye hit the metal on the bakkie.Causing him to get a “black eye” in human terms. Unfortunately the visible signs of the injury only appeared after they had left. (Like getting punched in the face you only see the black eye later)I took him to the vet and luckily there was no permanent damage to the eye.Obviously the vet and medicine bills are taken into consideration to the incident.I contacted the owner directly of what had transpired where she proceeded to take no responsibility nor even ask if my dog was ok.I will not recommend this company purely the professionalism with regard to the incident that had happened.(PS my dog, Sprinkles, is responding well to the meds after his vet visit)

I wouldn't recommend them. My Chow was put on the back of their bakkie, secured" by a leash. They assured me that dogs never fall off with this method. This was proven wrong shortly after the wash started when my dog made an attempt to escape
