Having dealt with this company for the last +- 2 years, the lasting impression is one of staggering incompetence. The facts speak for themselves: 1) Numerous build completion dates were not met (one can only blame a pandemic / lockdown for so much), 2) questionable build quality that resulted in a 5-page “snag list” when we were eventually able to move into our new home, 3) a full year of occupation later and said snag list is still not complete, despite intervention from the NHBRC. The poor communication, broken promises and haphazard approach to remedial work has all added up to the most frustrating and disappointing experience.

We had the worse experience with this company waited for our house for almost 3 years, no communication just empty promises. We cried , pleaded with them to finish our property all that fell on deaf ears. Save yourself heartache and do your research before using them
