I used to shop at this OK as it was the nearest shop to where I live.I stopped going to them, as most of the time they didn’t stock an item that I needed. I then anyway would still have to go to Pic n Pay or Shoprite which would infuriate me.Another thing that is quite terrible is the staff. The slowest and most miserable staff I’ve ever seen.The setup of the shop is horrible as well as everyone has to stand in one queue, which meant the already small shop became even more cramped.All the cashiers stands at one long counter, which means that someone would push past you with their trolley as they pass you. I have been knocked into on more than one occasion.The vegetable section is pathetic. The quality and quality of the vegetables are mediocre and the cake at the bakery is the same.There are a few shops in this complex, who shares one small parking area. The way into the parking area is the same way out, which very often leads to absolute chaos.As parking is little, some people would block the way as they wait for a parking to become available.The security is probably the worst as there have been quite a few robberies, that I have heard of. You would assume that for the sake of their customers, that there would be many more security on patrol.I am very grateful for the new OK Elto in the main road, which is a massive improvement on this OK.My intention is not to bash this store but deliver my honest, constructive criticism.I feel sorry for the people who lives near the shop, who perhaps do not have transport and are forced to use this shop as it is within walking distance from their homes.

I live down the road from the store so it's very convenient popping in to get ones daily essentials. Not a big store but certainly has everything one needs, with the odd item on special now and then. Staff are friendly and paying queues moves quite fast. Nice little convenient store.

Cashier's are friendly bakery lady not ...shop tidy and have most of the stuff you want.
