Service is so poor, the reception is far away from an institution that call itself institute of Higher learning, advisors were glueless about the options in the programs they are offering.

Absolutely disgusting serviceWhen its come to communicate and service.I did pay SANTS every cents I owe now I have to get my results, their told me I owe them and when I call their said their did communicate with me and at the end I have to pay even if we debate about it thts so rude....

I was suppose to begin this semester but recieved the incorrect form. Emailed back to point out it is the incorrect form and that was weeks ago. Keep calling to ask for the same document. They say it will be emailed by end of the day each time. Emailed numerous times asking for it as well but nothing. Not even a reply to my mail. :( so disappointed.

Absolutely disgusting service!!!I was considering to pursue my teaching career with SANTS so I called the Institute to gather some info and the service that I received was pathetic. The reception was terrible and the lady who answered had the audacity to scream at me. UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!

Still looking for a job myself with their certificate Diploma in Grade R. SACE REGISTERED.Their new office in Menlo Park

So I am doing the course with them, bed inter. I asked about the 5 weeks practical the lady who answered was not sure of what I was talking about yet from the WIL department she screamed at me when I tried to clarify my question to her. My question was; since I am facilitator for a couple of soft skills can I be assessed from our college since I am studying so to train the trainees on this not to teach learners. She really did not understand my question and hung up on me. And their memorandums for assignments are not helping at all they just say incorrect and guide you how you should have answered and sometimes get some question on the exam and that is setting us to fail.

They were nice the place is clean and they are very professional.

Very very bad.just after I paid my registration fee I received an email saying my application was blocked and canceled,to my surprise the lady I called she's even clueless and knows nothing about what I applied for. So clearly this institution is not for teaching at all.seems like they rob people!!
