Dined twice in last 8 days. Once in the evening and today for lunch. Went back as our first experience was excellent. Well trained competent staff, friendly and professional. We now live in Sydney, Australia, visiting our granddaughter who lives in Paarl. Food was equal to the ambiance. Well done. John and Jean Dougall.

Ive never had a Burger with Cattle Baron. My GO-TO is always their TOP Quality BEEF in some form. Tonight i tried their Sauce Burger. WOW WOW WOW It is by far the best in the Western Cape. Keep up the good work Franco and your team Paarl can be proud to have you on their doorstep.

Am awesome experience!Chadley, you waited on us perfectly. We spent the entire evening on the couch, and it was pure relaxation...exactly what we needed after the week we had! The food was prepared to perfection, the vibe was chilled, dimmed, with the sounds reduced to nothing by white noise.Thank you for a wonderful experience!!

Nice location, warm and comfortable.The choice of the steaks is very wide, but a lot of cuts were not available unfortunately.The medium rare cook was a bit towards the medium,imho.I didn't like the fact that is not possible to get only a glass of wine, but it's sold by caraffe: it would be a way to taste more types of wine.

We will return ASAP. The food is always consistently excellent. The meat is world class. Zero charge for corcage is amazing, but we usually select a glass of their ample wine selection.Parking is easy & safe.I gave the atmosphere a score of 4 because, how much atmosphere can there be in a steak house.We rate this steakhouse as the best in the region

100% a must go to restaurant if you’re in Paarl, franschhoek area.Service was spot on, prices are very good considering what you get and to top it off, the food tastes absolutely amazing.You are allowed to take your own alcohol as well.For a table of 6, it came to around R360-400 and that was everything from starter, mains and dessert.

The first and second time I was here was great, but it seems that the consistency has gone down.I phoned to make a booking for a specific table. We got there on time and our table was given away to someone else - she was loudly talking on her cell phone the whole time we were there - They had to clean another table for us while we had to wait.If they didn't give our table away I would have given much more stars.

What a delightful dinner this has been. The restaurant is rather spacious inside and at the same time, I enjoyed the privacy and discretion we’ve got there. It’s clean, and the setting is quite romantic and elaborated. There is more than enough options on the menu but I cannot recommend the steaks enough! They age their meats themselves there and, the outcome in the plate is phenomenal! The wine I’ve had was locally sourced and simply outstanding. Kudos to the service team, especially Charlie our server who was very professional and approachable from the beginning until we left. Will definitely be back.
