Over crowded. Not following Covid regulations. Had to wait 35min for my food. The burgers was under sauced and tasted like burnt patty. The staff is very friendly.But i don't pay for friendly service. I prefer a good burger. Wouldn't recommend.Rather go to the next upcoming Steers

The food was very delicious and fresh, They were very busy and a little bit under staffed, Only one cashier to help all the poeple and she has to pack all the food which caused a bit of a delay but the food was worth the wait.

Perfect stop next to the main N1 Road leading through the karoo. Service is friendly and helpful. Familiar food items on the menu. Seating available outside.

Terrible - staff did not even look up when we enterd - place is dirty an neglected - not what I expect from steers - needless to say I did not eat there - Kroonplaas padstal at BP is a gem

Terrible, no cool drink, no milk, no large cups for coffee, not able to communicate in English. Kept referring us to the Mug and bean for a cool drink . Rather stuck with water but no ice or lemon slice....

My 12 year old niece had her birthday and her wish was for a chocolate waffle for breakfast at Steers, but Steers couldn't make even one because their waffle machine was broken. Unacceptable and disappointing not to say the least. No effort was even made by the staff. 0/10!!!

When you pass through Touwsriver while traveling along the N1 between Cape Town and Johannesburg and you need a break weather it be to relax, grab a bit to eat or get something to drink and even need to refill your vehicle, whether it be a car or truck. This establishment located at the Total Filling Station next to the N1 National Road is definitely the one to stop at. Here you will find a Steers, Mug 'n Bean (Classic in containers) and a convenient shop. Toilets are generally always clean (except for certain customers which may leave them untidy from time to time) and the staff are generally very friendly and helpful and that goes for the management as well, especially as I call him Oom Willie""
