Dr Faizel (as we call him) is an absolutely amazing person. He cares deeply for animals, and it shows. He lovingly looked after our mature kitty for days. I had to have my dog put down today. The doc handled it very professionally and explained what would happen every step of the way. He was very sympathetic.

It is with gratitude that we would like to commend Dr. Faizel Ismail for his kind, gentle and compassionate care in relieving our 9 year old Jack Russel's pain.Dr. Faizel took his time with us and gave our dog a thorough examination. He gave 45 minutes of undivided attention and personalized care during the examination. We brought our dog in for his face swelling and ear problems and Dr. Faizel was able to determine that it was a tooth abscess and yeast infection in his ear. He administered antibiotics and pain relievers and suggested we bring our dog in for surgery to remove the teeth that were causing the problem because otherwise the problem would come back again. He scheduled the surgery as soon as possible and conducted it even on a public holiday.We were very impressed by Dr. Faizel's professionalism and his gentle and kind manner. Our dog loved him and cried at the gate to go back into the vet clinic when we brought him for the surgery. He has always been scared of veterinarians but he really loved Dr. Faizel.Our dog had to go through general anesthesia, so we left him with Dr. Faizel for the day. This was our dog's very first surgery, so we were quite nervous. The surgery went so well and our dog's pain was instantly relieved. The Dr. removed quite a few teeth and then cleaned the rest of his teeth. He is now like a new dog. We haven't seen him this happy and healthy since he was a puppy.Dr. Faizel has a special touch and a real love and passion for his job and the animals he treats. We highly recommend Dr. Faizel.
