I had a rental tiled about 2.5 years ago and bought 8 square metres of tiles extra. Shane told me that he would arrange delivery of the tiles to my home or the flat the following week as he was playing golf. NOW, my tenants moved out and it was discovered that the tiles were never delivered!!!! Shane has the audacity to ask why I did not follow up!!! If I pay for something, I expect the supplier to make sure that everything gets done ..................... and please - it's not ME who needs to follow up. Also, 2 years is not that long - I have my own business and can track back a transaction for 10 years. With everything being digital, no need not to know where your suff is.
