They didn't do a good job on my car i could rate them a zero, they lie in confidence. Won't advise people to take their cars there else they must be ready to make noise, now looking for a place yo take my car to for a proper job to be done.Lerato and Stephanie handled the matter quite well, good employees for a bad company. They are called renew it because once you take your car there you have to renew your car as they damage parts that were working fine. They are ridiculously incompetent and hide behind a fancy office to mask their pseudoservice. Please use ANY other panel beater. If your insurance uses this company - that's a red flag about your insurance.Imagine charging over R50 to disconnect a battery and reconnect it!!!! Pathetic.

My motorcycle was 'towed' there after a crash. It took 5 calls and still nobody knew my bike was on their premices! I was promised on 2 occasions that the manager will return my call... still waiting. Only when my insurance e-mailed on my behalf, did they find my bike. USELESS!

They don’t even deserve 1 star! Worst service and Repair ever!!! Took them 37 days to poorly replace and repair a bumper. Only to find out that they replaced the bumper with an incorrect bumper and they tied my outside thermometer to the radiator… First they did not replace my Chrome trimmings then they poorly replaced them (Only to find out that the bumper they replaced is the wrong one that can’t fit the chrome trimmings) They don’t answer the phone. They don’t respond to e-mails or return calls!!! DO NOT USE THEM…

Terrible. Insurance took my car here for repair. Repair job was terribly done. Car did not start after cosmetic repairs so it was taken to Mercedes 2 months ago. Insurance is struggling to get a damage report from them so they can finalise the claim. Almost 5 months gone and car still not repaired.I had to pay Mercedes myself to order parts and sort out the damage in the mean time. Terrible service

Worst customer service ever. Staff members lie about the progress, the manager sits there with a mouthful of teeth and can't say anything to a customer who firstly phoned to find out that they had the correct spares before the car was taken in. A week later we are told that they are waiting for spares. 21 days later and the car is only in assembly after being firstly told that the car is in polishing. No one answers the phone either.

I was genuinely surprised how great this company was with communicating where my car was in the repair process. Their online portal is great for visibility. The contant SMS updates and frequent phone calls from their dedicated consultants was very welcome. Excellent experience from start to finish

Took my car to this place to repair front bumper damage. Finally my car was ready. On checking my car the none of the lights worked in front. So the car had to stay with them another 5 days. On fetching my car the headlights worked but no tail lights. Stephanie told me not their problem, I must sort it out my self, No apologies for the 5 day delay nothing.. Run away People !!!! Run away !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Run far !

The insurance took in my 2021Mercedes-Benz GLE to them when I hit potholes on the R42 to Delmas. They fitted 2 wrong size tyres, bumper fittings were done wrong and centre caps couldn't fit on the rims. I am not happy with their service.
