Great service

I had very terrible service evidently from this workshop from Alexander. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go there.1. I took my car in over engine overhaul, it took 3 weeks for them to finish my car. Whenever I would go there to check on the car I would find them working on other cars which came after my car wasn’t brought in.2. They brought my car back with the engine light on and I had to take a risk of driving back to them of which it’s a 60km drive.3. They realize that the reason for the engine light isn’t caused by the noq switch. I asked them to give me a sample over and overnight again but they didn’t t provide me with it. This resulted me in buying an incorrect switch and I also couldn’t return it because spares don’t do return on electrical products. This was a loss of R500.4. After a day of receiving my car, I noticed my windscreen had a crack, when I went back to them to fix my windscreen the guys who were working on my car denied this and they didn’t fix it, I had to fix the windscreen again.They advantage of people and it’s disgusting!!!
