They don't give animals a chance to life or get a home, my mother dog was put down within the weekend and she got there the Thursday. She was well mannered and well trained and was still young, my mother was so heart broken that she had to leave her there and when me and my partner got there to get her back the saterday, We were told that they made the desition that she was not adoptable and they had to put her down. This is unacceptable what does the spca stand for then if they just put healthy well looked after animals down left an right,and also enough food was give to atleast last her a month, blankets and her favorite pillow, and se only got to life for two day just because they decided so, we also asked them if we could have her ashes as they told us she was cremated and they told us no. I would suggest that no one take their animals there or give donations to amanzimutoti spca cause clearly all its there for is the money. Very very unhappy with this place!!!!! This is a horrible and cruel place!!!!

Friendly and helpful staff. The dogs always get so excited to see people, go for walks and wait for that potential family to go to. SPCA plays a fundamental role in my Saturday morning!
