This company is a scam - we have still not received a tablet we ordered and paid for in December last year. We have opened a police case, reported their bank account details to the FNB fraud department, and reported them to various other statutory bodies.

This is a scam, they haven't delivered since Feb 24 , chat with them on WhatsApp that today I'm to their offices to collect or money back. When I got into the building today at 3pm. I received news that there is no such place or store in the building. And I'm not the only one and the last .. this is a Scam. But I'll find your I bet u on that

One star is too much. This is a fake store, a SCAM. Fortunately I used PayPal so refund was instant. STAY AWAY. They will interact with you on WhatsApp for a week or two, then you will be GHOSTED.

The reply from this seller is a total lie. I never received the item till today 14 March 2023.One star is too much!!! I ordered and paid for a phone on 13 January 2023, after Oukitel Store said that phone is local and will be delivered within 5 days. When it didn't arrive, they said it is delayed in China and I will receive it the first week of February 2023 or earlier they did not honor my request for a refund. On Monday 06 February 2023 I again enquired and received feedback I'll give you your tracking number latest tomorrow afternoon

If there was a less than 1 star I would.I dealt with Oukitel (Bryanston Office)Oukitel's customer services is terrible.Also, they will sell a defective device and not refund despite their own technician informing me of his recommendation to have the refund doneIf you want to buy defective products and not get your money back together with experiencing the definition of terrible customer service, Oukitel (Bryanston) is for sure the way to go

I did end up getting my phone. At first i was scared when i realized that calls were not taken by the receptionist, if they do have one, but they do call their customers and explain things. I will retain 1 star because of that. I do believe they can improve on the urgency of delivering but i am happy with my A60, it is fully functioning and has not given me any problems so far.
