Worst service provider ever they really don't care about customers the only person pulling their weight is Marinda who really does her best.I am going on 3 weeks without internet , when my debit order went off it made me even more upset what service am I getting ???

Poor service everyday there is a problem. I am on that point now to move to another place because I am working from home as I explained every time and cannot be without internet for a week. Will give them another month to sort their internet.

Absolutely terrible service. The lady in charge 'Marinda' stops answering your calls once you have signed the contract. Whenever there is a problem with the line, nobody answers their phone not even their office. I regret choosing this provider, if you're looking for reliable service please look elsewhere instead. You will not be satisfied with Uniwisp

Worst internet provider in Tzaneen. They can not keep to time, Marinda ignores your calls when she runs out of excuses for not being able to send a technician to install. Definitely will not recommend UniWisp Tzaneen. Unless you don't mind waiting for a installation that never gets done, and being ignored when you call to follow up. She either declines your call or ignores it once the contract is signed and sent and you're waiting for installation.
