The level of customer service at this store is outstanding. I must commended and name the following people Valiant Masayiti, Jesmaine Armoed and Leighton Adams.. They really did go above and beyond what was expected of them. They were friendly, very helpful and patient. I highly recommend this store if you are looking to get top notch service.

The most useless bunch of people in one space...waited 3 weeks for my phone to arrive (contract signed)..manager gave away my cell (as I work for a living,) and could only pick it up over a weekend. Told me my cell was discontinued..liars too..just gave it away to someone else.

I just tried to phone this place to find out about deals on internet connectivity and ths male person (couldn't hear is name) was very impatient. He dind want to wait for me to get a pen to take the number down I asked for,then just said the number and cut the call. I tried to call back,but the call was immediately cut off. Very unprofessional.

I signed a new contract on Monday the 7th and requested that a sim swop be done. To my knowledge the sim swop was not done and I had to go back to the store on Wednesday evening. It is Thursday and I still cannot use my phone. I have to go back to the the store on Friday. What a waste of time. The person who assisted was Shane.

I returned my phone yesterday as it isnt compatible with the apps that I use.There was an issue with the return documents on their side and the manager promised that she would fix it and give me feedback on the same day. I still haven't received any feedback and there is no answer when i phone them.Really upset about this.
