Terrible, horrible experience!!!! Bought furniture for our new home and ended up in a disaster, they promised we will have our furniture delivered in 10 weeks took 13 weeks and about all the furniture are damaged.... and everything still not here!!!!!!!! The worst furniture store i ever dealt with...

Terrible service. They were not willing to sell stock off the showroom floor and they don't accept cash. Post covid, they should be grateful to be making sales considering the number of business closing down.

The service is appalling at this store. A few months ago, I purchased a custom-made lounge set from the umhlanga store. Upon its delivery to my home, we inspected the couch to note that the material was already worn out, the cushions in the couch were very thin and poor quality and there is strange colour variations on the material making the couch look very low quality. Upon calling the store with these concerns, an inspector from the store was dispatched to inspect the couch. The inspector himself indicated that the couch was of an unacceptable quality and should be sent back. The store then indicated that they would remake the couches as this was already paid for. Every week I have followed up since and I have just been given excuse after excuse. This has been going on since November 2021. In March 2022, I just received an email from the store indicating that they will not be remaking the couches or providing a refund. There were no reasons or further explanations given. Don't waste your time or money shopping here.

Quality issues with products

Its so important to treat people with respect. The sales consultant did help me but the other two ladies weren't so friendly. During the pandemic its so important to give people grace. I have been under alot of stress and it doesn't kill you to be kind. I won't come here again. I'll rather go to another retailer and support them.
