Car Service City - Plettenberg Bay

Took my car for a full service. EXCELLENT service, very friendly. They even drove to go get a part that I needed urgently.

Would recommend everyone to NOT use their service ! Got quoted R1400 at their PE branch for a minor service. Morne twice confirmed the amount and I wrote down with my details, only minor service but afterwards I was left with R4000 bill... He claimed this was mostly because I needed lithium spark plugs, by the way doenst makes sense cause you only get iridium and copper spark plugs for hi perf vehicles and lithium is used in batteries... They left my brake/tail light unplugged with everything scattered around in my boot and just told me Ive got a warning sign about other lights which he made me payed for but didn't even replace. My front fogs are still faiulty. Worst off all, I just drove away and barely made it into town and my whole back coilspring came loose and I broke my cars rear axle and shock. All this because they lifted the car and didn't even care to look if everything was in place when they put it back down. This branch has a massive target (money goal) each month and will try and get evey penny they can out of you. Stay away, you have been warned !

Emergency repairs to my power steering while on holiday, damage caused by inferior quality work done in JHB, repairs done while we waited, we're back on the road within an hour.
