I can’t fault the quality of the product and after almost a year my deck still looks like new. Issue for me is that Eva-last uses outsourced installers and so if there is an issue with the installation they are not liable...and are quick to advise this. In my case, I have made repeated calls and queries to both the salesperson involved and the MD to apply pressure on my installer to action snags and this has not been forth-coming. Lesson learnt...next deck section will be from another composite supplier who provides their own installation guarantees and in-house contractors.

Incredibly poor experience. The product recommended did not work, the design recommended did not work and things started falling apart within a month or two. Awful customer service, not answering calls or emails and trying to escalate my concerns didn’t help either. Absolutely NO interest in rectifying anything. Steer well clear.

Fantastic service. phoned at lunch time for a quotation. a super helpfull person in cape town called Lovemore came around a couple of hours later and measured up for us. product deliverd by lunchtime the following day. We realised that we needed a few extra brackets ( lovemore's calculation was spot on - but we changed something - hence needed extras). Lovemore personally delivered the extra brackets needed the same day that I called.The product is amazingService superbDelivery outstandingEva -last is Highly reccomendedTerry Lee

I searched long and hard and did a lot of research. Ended up using the Infinity range from EvaLast and it looks stunning! The quality is great. Despite what other people say, dealing with them via email and phone was excellent - I cannot fault them at all. Delivery was also quick.

The product quality is good, however dealing with Eva-Last in Cape Town is very difficult. The telephone went unanswered, calls were not returned, communication between Eva-Last and the installer was inadequate - the final approved plan was not supplied to the installer. The initial delivery was incomplete and the installer had to purchase materials so as not to delay the project. All of this damaged my trust of the product as a whole.
