Kurt's Towing & Recovery

They do not even deserve the one star I gave them. Absolute lack of professionalism, wayward, real vultures waiting to prey on their next victim. Kurts towing ensured my insurance they will tow my vehichle to SMD but I got a call that they took my car to central panel beaters . They were working in cahoots with them. When i called kurts linda the driver assured me my car will be put on a flat bed and be taken to SMD. All lies. No one was accountable. Sarika from central panel beaters assured me i would not be charged storage fees however, my insurance had to pay them 7000 rand to release my car that was not supposed to be there. Becareful of such scavengers who only have their own interest ar heart. Absolutely disgusting service!

I highly recommend Kurt's towing drivers are friendly and extremely helpful.thier prices are affordable thier vehicles are well maintained i felt safe when being towed.they deserve an extra five stars. I will always use them.

ABSOLUTELY DIGUSTING WAY OF SPEAKING TO CUSTOMERS... not sure of who I spoke to on the phone but the business is going to lose out big time because of the person...

Such aggressive coercion!! At the scene of an accident a tow driver from Kurts Towing aggressively badgered all of us involved in the accident, even after being told multiple times to leave us. He then took instructions from our insurance company to deliver our vehicle to a particular workshop, to which he agreed and then had us sign a check list for our vehicle with our details with fine print that says we agree to a Black Diamond Panel Beaters doing any repairs to our vehicle. He never once brought this up, considering we were signing during a traumatic experience. So… clearly these guys work exactly as unethically and borderline illegally as it sounds. Don’t trust them, it’s probably a good idea…

To the little man driving recklessly who tried to push me off the road. There is no place for insects like you in our society.I hope you get what's coming to you sooner rather than later. Kurt's recovery should be embarrassed to have someone like you working for them.

Kind, honest and helpful in a crisis

Of all things they lost my car keys. And still waiting for someone from Kurt's Towing to get back to me. Very unprofessional.

They so bad they gave all wrong contact details and hide my car somewhere. They call in two weeks to say I owe them 18000. They selfish even today I am Still trying to get them. That gits he lied I never saw a group of Indians that are so cruel like this.... I hate them all. They were never helpful. They just think for them self and raining other peoples life. My heart bleeds but God will respond for me....

Never use them! They stole items from my vehicke after an accident and did not repair my car. the certificates on display in their office claiming certification are expired and invalid. Thay are not reputable and very aggressive at a scene of an accident. Avoid at all costs.

All I can say is pathetic!
