The clinic is awesome, however it is hard to sit there on cold days. The white nurse insists on keeping the door open. People will shiver and she won't care. She is such a bully.

Appointment only, it’d be highly beneficial to go before you need a service to set an appointment. If you don’t have a file, bring your original ID, ID copy and proof of residence and go to reception to make a file.Come mentally prepared because your wait might be long.There is parking however it’s shared between patients, staff and other citizens using the facilities at the community centre.

This used to be the best clinic, I was turned away because there is pest control, I was told if I'm really sick I can go to Laudium clinic or come back at following day at 7:30

Rooihuiskraal Clinic, the best run government Clinic (in my view). Their Customer Service is above 90% in my view. I have a Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering specialised in Total Managementan a Consultancy of my own b4 I retired.

Things are changing to bad in this clinic. It's used to be the best government facility with excellent service. Was here yesterday didn't get any help had to return today been here since 7am only got help now. The change in management is really affecting us as pertient.please bring back our great clinic standard this is worse

For those wondering the door must stay open for health and safety reasons. Yes its cold. But a bit of cold is better than contracting TB from the person you are sitting next to. White lady" was very helpful and she knows her stuff. Very trustworthy.Took about 4h30min from the moment walking in to be helped. Only come if you really need to. Otherwise smooth. No fees and no fuss.Come with Copy of ID and proof of residence."

The service is very poor..I waited for7 hours before I can get help.Patients are not informed on what's going on at the clinic but they keep them wait for hours then turn them back home saying they only have 2 sisters on duty..very very very poor service. Wish they can change management can't manage the staff and patients
