I have on two consecutive visits left without being served. Today I waited for 15 min and was not approached once to be served. There was one person on the Sales Desk who was busy and then when her customer left she had attended to paper work. Oh. I just wanted to buy a couple of bulbs. Sorry but never again.

This store comes with the biggest reputation for electrical matters in Cape Town and it's not without reason.They have the right staff to give advice and help with projects - that is - if you can get to them.The queues on weekends is massive and I counted at least 15 people in one queue alone.They should rather have a system in such circumstances where a staffer can walk the queue to help with minor quieries and improve the customer experience.Parking is plentiful and free and the business is conveniently located in the southern suburbs.Big shoutout to Mike online - I would like to see more focus on the online store.

Unfortunately I had to at least give one star, need to remember to not come back to this place… the service is shocking. Waited 10 minutes before anyone was by the desk and when I got “helped” by this “gentleman” he was beyond rude and unhelpful, could not ask any question because he was clearly upset about something … He was even spitting while he was busy with me!… sorry never seen this before.

The waiting time to be served is really long each time I go there. This is the same at both the trade counter and the consumer counter. Itappears that they do not have sufficient staff working there.
