Staff is very friendly.They are extremely knowledgeable and can provide best possible assistance not looking for selling expensive stuff. Also heard that they have some classes for drums and guitar for interested customers.

This is a must-visit shop for anyone remotely interested in musical instruments or even just a random browse for the layperson. Some of the most knowledgeable chaps around and the most welcoming atmosphere. Decent prices on consumables like strings and drum sticks. But the real attraction lies in the secondhand stock - whether it's a guitar, pedal, drums or amplifier. They also do gear repairs and specialise in vintage and collector's gear, which makes every visit all the more interesting.

Absolutely the first place to go look for guitars, drumming and sound gear in Johannesburg. Especially if you're on a budget and cool about pre-adored gear, or like me, looking for a vintage sound that will kill your bank card at a store selling only new. Ronnie and Jos a delight to chat to also, get GREAT tips on drum care from them.If you're lucky, Ronnie has time to meticulously service that snare for you, but he only books in drums when he has space in his line-up.

You always leave this shop with a smile on your face. The instruments the stock are amazing and the knowledge of the staff is excellent.They do not only look out for their own pockets but for the customers too. This is a must see for for all musicians.
