It was literally 5 min before closing time when I arrived at the shop, they had already start cash up and had the door closed. I was desperate for catsand. They let me in and helped me. Even when I didn't have enough money and had to run to the car and back again they were friendly and helpful throughout. They never once seemed annoyed. They have a wide variety for all your pet's need!!

Good range of products and for the most part not too bad prices. They usually also have stock of everything. Would recommend an online presence (website) with prices though. Only specials can be viewed on Facebook at the moment.

Apart from them keeping their goldfish in small bowls. All there fish was very healthy and not badly priced. The staff were really friendly and helpful too. The only thing I was upset about was I wanted to get 4 female and 2 male guppies. They had the males and females separate. I picked out 4 fish from the female tank and 2 males from the males tank. It was only when we were driving home that one of the *females* was actually a male so I ended up with more male fish then I wanted

Bought 2 goldfish with a bottle of their special water. Followed their instructions. Acclimatised them before transferring them and they died overnight. Phoned hoping they would exchange them as I have an upset child on my hands. I was told they can't help me. I find this disturbing seeing as they had some dead fish floating in their tanks. I should have seen that as a sign. Who is to say they were not already sick and the transport was just too much for them.

Very helpful staff. They made me feel like a valued customer on my very first visit. Good range of aquarium products, plants and fish. As an experienced aquarist, I appreciate that they discuss things with me rather than telling me what I should do.
