I wish I could give 0 stars.In 2019 I purchased my dream car through them. 1 week later the car started giving MAJOR engine/mechanical issues and going into safety mode. The car went in and was returned to me which they said was absolutely perfect and no issues were found.".People to look out for are: Cecil Walker

I have taken my parner's car and my car to William Simpson Newlands for services over the last year. The service is just simply exceptional. Jan the workshop manager goes out of his way to help clients. I have never experienced such service in my life from a dealer's workshop manager. Jan's commitment is simply finominal. Kelly who does the bookings are always on top of things and quick to respond. Garth and Christo ,who are the service consultants, are also exceptional. I will definately buy Fiat or Alfa from them in the future and only service my vehicles with them. Simon from Claremont

Terrible! First service at Jeep and it took me 3 weeks just to make a booking. And now they didnt engage with my warrantee for repairs. Really not a good experience

Really bad service when taking your vehicle for a service. You get treated badly and no one cares, wish I could give zero stars. Avoid if possible and save yourself a rubbish experience.
