The team did a complete bathroom renovation which included toilet, bath, sink and shower. They arrived on time and worked quickly. I can only describe their work as professional and will definately be using them for my next job.

Our hot water system died on Christmas Eve and the Ember team made it a much easier situation to deal with than it could have been. First I really appreciated that they had their Christmas hours listed, I liked the transparency knowing they were available but on emergency call out only. When we called we were able to get two quotes, one to fix it straight away and one to wait until after the public holidays. Again, I appreciate this transparency and while the emergency call out quote really wasn't unreasonable, we decided to wait until the Tuesday. The install itself was was easy too, tidy and relatively quick. I liked the text we got before with the tracker to say how soon they would arrive. Excellent service overall and I would definitely recommend.

My 10 year plus storage gas water heater ceased to work.. Contacted Ember Plumber and Dylan was in immediate contact, discussed replacement issues, provided a quote and booked me in at a suitable time. Completely professional, plumber arrived on time and the job completed on the day. Most importantly Dylan was in constant contact advising of when his plumber would arrive etc. Fantastic service.

After 4 Quotes, the last one Ember not only more reasonable, they are not pushy and very well mannered and professional in their conducts. Left the place clean, payment system is very easy. 5 stars!

Ember did an awesome job helping with fixing / prepping all of my old kitchen plumbing for my kitchen renovation setting me up for my new mixer tap and dishwasher and making sure the old plumbing was fit for purpose. The plumbers were very flexible and prompt with me and even picked up an unexpected job relating to my hot water system. Dylan was very fair in billing when my job was a bit more complex than anticipated (probably due to my lack of understanding of what was required for the reno). Would definitely recommend and use again.

Top company they kept me informed, were easy to deal with. They have a great website with up to date prices. The tradesman Kyle also kept me informed and was professional and helpful. He did a great job , very neat and tidy. I will use this company in future and would rcommend them to anyone. Paul
