ADT Centurion

I wish there was a way to give a score of 0 or -. That would be the score I give to ADT. They are quick to let you sign a contract and even tells you that if you find that the service provided is not good you can cancel without any penalties. Well this is just what happened. I realy cannot complain about the customer service because it does not exist. The alarm keeps on goibg of and a technician is sent out who fiddels with the sensitivity of the system without any results. The guards dont enter the yard because you have a palisade fence. After all the complaints you decide to cancel the contract and they feed you bull about lock boxes etc. You give them another change and they install a lock box at their cost. The alarm keeps goibg of and then you get the complaint that the guard cannot enter as the lock box is facing into the yard (apparently the wrong direction). You phone the printed number on the slip left by the guard to cancel the contract. The number does not exist. After getting the number from Google you phone and is told you must talk to customer service and your call will be tranfered. You are on hold for more than 16 minutes before you drop the line and redial. This time a lady answers and tries to help. She wants to talk to members in another department. They also do not answer. She say that she will send a mail to the technical department in order for them to contact you. And now you must just wait. Is it only me or is there something major wrong with this type of customer service? I feel this is the worst security company in the Centurion area at this stage. PLEASE DON'T USE THEM!!!!!

The facility is highly modern looking,great ground.Its so good looking it doesnt look like it a security company,get yiur self an ADT systems

ADT is not at that address anymore. They have moved to midrand somewhere. Contact by phone first to find the address.

Venetia is shocking as a supervisor. Wish the was a score of zero. So disappointed with ADT. Definitely changing my security system. Poor quality.

Our business armed response has been with ADT for over 8 years. The alarm was triggered this morning at 04:10. I asked ADT to respond. A couple of minutes later I received a phone call from ADT: We couldn't gain access but checked the perimeter." SERIOUSLY??? It is a business complex with 20 units. Can't they climb over a wall (not even 6 foot)? How do they know if my factory wasn't broken into? If the door is open? We had to race to the factory to inspect it ourselves. Is this what I have paid OVER R43200 for over the past 8+ years???? I am not wasting another cent on inadequate armed response."

Was quoted...paid deposit... on installation realising wrong system was quoted. Still waiting for refund. If quotes and installation is this bad....would you really trust them with the protection of your property? ??

Adt security is the worst company ever, you will be dying and they will come when you dead thats how pathetic they are. We pay about R700.00 a month and no value. Dont know why Chubb had to sell to them.
