SUPERSPAR Winterton

Staff is friendly, Covid protocols is moderately followed.Something that I liked is the spice table, that I haven't seen at another superspar yet.Although the experience was not too bad there was some concerns.There was birds flying around in store eating on the bread on the table.When you get close to the meat department, the smell is just too much, I think better cleaning habits in the meat department should be implemented. And if I can make a suggestion, ( I don't know how good the sale on meat is at a time) the meat that is on 'display' already cut up makes it look ekstra messy because there is too much meat just laying there waiting to be bought. I couldn't stomach even taking a picture of the meat department.

The store is a lovely size and neat. The staff are not friendly and are unprofessional, there just for salary and not passion for their job. Very disappointing.

A disgrace to the Spar group. Both Tops and the main store are filthy and untidy. Fresh meat looked like roadkill. Shop needs a lot of TLC. Will never shop there again.

I live in the area and shop here all the time. I lived in JHB before and yes, it isn't the same as a superspar up there... Because it is in the country and has a different clientele.People are annoying how they expect what you find in the city out in a rural area!!!!! I always find what I need and I've always found the staff to be very helpful. Their fresh stuff is great and they have the best coffee in town in my opinion!!!

Great Spar for a small town! affordable and convenient (on the way to the drakensburg). Stocked with most basic essentials, but limited stock of luxury goods, such as berries. Ideal for locals but useful for tourists too.

I must be honest, I have been to better Spars. This Spar prices are very high. Store needs a clean up. Store looks a bit shoddy. Too few tellers whilst there are about 30 people in the queue being serviced by just 2 tellers.

Would be nice if the owners cleaned their trolleys occasionally since we have to put our food in them
