Bought couches, im not happy with the quality, reported this within a month and when i reported the issue i was told to wait till they reopene on the 15 of Jan 2019, i did not mind that and understood, iv been incontact with the owner since the 17th of Jan and he is totally ignoring me, he does not reply to any of my texts, if this is how he treats his clients, then i would not recommend anyone to do business with him.

I have been waiting MONTHS for you to remake my couch as the one I received is such terrible quality, I asked for a refund and you said twice you would make a new couch, made me wait one weekend at home for delivery but no one came, then you block me, and keep getting a new number, I moved into my own place just to be miserable because I'm stuck with something I clearly wasted my money on, get back to me asap as you promised.
