Disgusted with the service, they have done my kitchen last year June. They have given me a 2 year guarantee .I am having issues with two of my cupboards. They promised me 4 times , that they will come and check, they giving me the run around and not answering the calls.Oh my word!I just called and spoke to Herasha about the service and she puts the call down, I try calling back repeatedly and they don't answer.

I knew what I wanted and sought many companies before settling on Cupboard Trendz. Best decision ever. A company that many people aren't even aware of with so much hidden talent at such reasonable prices. The workmanship was par excellence. I was given a timeframe of 4-6weeks and they delivered as promised. I am more than pleased with my new amazing kitchen and have received raving compliments from family and friends. I will definitely engage their services again and will highly recommend them and wish Heerasha Avi Kevin and Team nothing but the best and that their company will grow to be one of the most prosperous and sought after in all of KZN.Rajes Naidoo

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! They are frauds!! Left us with an incomplete kitchen which they were supposed to come back and complete. They then started demanding full payment before completion, although they state in their contract that the balance should be paid when completed. They don't return calls or take your calls when you have a problem. Very unprofessional people with extremely poor service!!

Have taken this business to court. Did not complete the contracted work and made off with our funds. Did not refund according to court order.

Worst company we have dealt with! The most cheap and nasty products, no customer service, owners are total fly by night liars, lady doesn’t take note of what you order, then gets order wrong, mostly installed badly, parts broken, won’t fix, it’s been a 2 year battle and I could not warn people enough to stay clear of these revolting people...Contact me for pictures of their job, evidence of communication and you will see for yourself. Use ANYONE else it will costs you so much at the end it’s not worth it! We finished renovations to our home 2 years ago and still have missing cupboards and are needing most of their work taken out and fixed as we are tired of waiting for them to come and sort out, they just won’t.

Having used Cupboard Trendz previously I decided to use their services again for a book shelf and Tv unit. I was appalled at their level of dishonesty, poor customer service and quality of their workmanship. They were scheduled to install on a Thursday and Friday but called us stating they were ready to install by 10h30 on Wed. Their actual arrival time was 3pm. They tried to install the tv and instead blew up our cables leaving us with no electricity and ofcourse they dont care! The pins for the push drawers they installed came out within 2 days. They do not communicate and instead avoid your calls and messages. After 2 weeks of a run around and me advising Heerasha they were in breach of their contract, they inform us that they will be coming to sort out the issues on Sat morning. They arrive at 4pm. They were paid in full before completion of the job but could not even do what was promised. That was my mistake. They have no electrical skills an are not honest enough to tell you their actual capabilities. It has cost us over R5000 to fix their mess. Save yourself the inconvenience and problems. Don't use Cupboard Trendz.

Worst service and quality ever. Renovateed our lounge. They pitch up to start renovations at 3pm in the afternoon and then damaged our electrical cables and had no power for the whole night. Had to call an electrician to repair. The owners don't take ur calls once they have been paid. Had to beg one of their staff to come complete the job. Would never recommend such a company the service is soooooo bad. Forgot to mention the LED lighting they installed stopped working after 2 weeks. Worst service ever.

Contacted the company for a quote,person was late for the appointment and then took forever with the quote until we asked for it,then when we had questions it wasn't answered currently speaking we have not received any feedback.Waste of time!Unprofessional and lack of communication!

Cupboard trendz did a very good job with my bedroom sliders and dresser unit. It looks modern and exactly a picture finish. I would recommend their services as may be a little more I would have spent but the end result speaks for itself. My work on their Instagram page.
