I have been on the receiving end of great service for years. Excellent business to get IT hardware support.

I went there on Wednesday to fix up a broke hinge .They charged a reasonable and affordable price, it was also quick and efficient. The technician was also friendly and communicated well .They did however damage something on the frame which they said they will fix up when they recieve the part . I'll wait for them to follow up on that;)Edit: 5 months later I still haven't heard from them or have they tried reaching out to me to fix the frame that was damaged while the technician was fixing the hinges .

Lyn and her team always do a great job, with brilliant service. They repaired the broken hinge on my laptop screen~ which saved me thousands to replace. xxxx so they're even good at mechanical work.

Received great service from these guys. My laptop had a damaged screen, got there at around 12:30..got a quotation immediately and they told me that they would call me in 2 hours time( they were just being prudent ). Surprisingly, they called me in less than the 2 hours informing me that my laptop was repaired. There was no damage done to any other pc part. And the whole team is soooo friendly . I recommend them 100%.

I've recently had an issue with my laptop charging port and I'm glad that Matrix Warehouse was the first place I went to for assistance. The most polite management I've met in terms of service, they were helpful, friendly and very efficient, my laptop was repaired within a day or 2. I also appreciate that I was kept informed of the progress of the repairs. Excellent service all around.

Acer screen hinge proboem.I took my laptop in on Saturday (15th October) and I was told the earliest I would get it would be the same day at 1pm or latest Monday morning but they will keep me updated. I didn't get an update on Saturday. Monday around 10am I got a call asking if someone had fixed the laptop for the problem before and I agreed, Ethan said he would call me soon. At 3pm I was the one who called for an update, and I was told there was issue with the server so I will get the laptop on Tuesday. Personally I believe if you are running a business communication goes a long way so updating your clients helps them plan their schedule as well. On Tuesday at 3pm I was the one who called again and they said I can come and fetch the laptop. I was really not happy with what they did because I can see the glue, and the openings on the screen. Today (20th October) the glue on the hinge is wearing off. I started using the laptop today and I was careful with it because after seeing it I knew that whatever they did would not last.Would never recommend Matrix Warehouse Melville, or at least let me say the technician that helped me - Ethan.

If I could rate them 100/5, I would. They are very friendly, professional and you get value for money. They helped me with my laptop which as a student is my lifeline. It has never ever functioned this well before I took it to them. Thank you very much for your quick and friendly service. I highly recommend them!!
