Booked my mother and sister for a 90 min traditional Thai massage at Soul Thai in Moreleta. Thai massage involves yoga like stretches. What they got instead was a swedish massage. A simple google search will reveal that these are 2 different types of treatment. Complete false advertising and misrepresentation. I've reached out to the team and aired my complaint, let's see if there is a resolution.

Thursday 22 August 5pm I had the worst spa and massage experience of my life at Soul Thai Spa Moreletapark after being a loyalty card member for almost 2 years already. I was 30min early for my massage but my therapist was 17mins late. Which was already annoying. They helped a lady that came in after me 1st. When I went into my room there was absolutely no music and I could hear everything happening in the entire spa from the reception to where the staff were making food and chit chatting. Then an older lady came in and there was a big commotion about her being booked for a neck and back massage. After 20mins they helped her and she ended up in the booth next To me. She was talking and moaning for my entire 90min massage. (Oeeee and aaaah and oooouch and eeeeck you've got the spot and you have healing hands etc etc) To add to my frustration after a long while I realised the therapist was not using hot stones even though I booked extra for a hot stone massage. I asked her when she was using hot stones? She then said the receptionist did not inform her. Needless to say I didn't even have tea afterwards. I was more stressed and more annoyed and I actually paid for the experience. So sad that one of my favourite places due to bad management has become a place I will never visit again. The therapists are lovely but the entire environment and experience is such a disappointment. I wanted to stay quiet but I hope no one else ever has the same experience when booking a relaxing spa day.

Was pretty good a while back but the standards have slipped. The public areas are visibly dirty and in disarray. Worthwhile for reflexology. Massages are not worth your time and money, which was not the case previously. Ever left after a massage feeling even more tense...?

Really great massage for my wife and I. We had a 90 minutes massage for the price of 60 minutes. The massage helped us feel really relaxed and relieved. At the end of the massage they give ginger tea which is what I like and look forward to at the end of the massage. The quality of the massage is also excellent and they communicate with you to see if the intensity is right.

Had good experiences in the past, but recently booked a special" where you supposedly buy three of the same treatment and get the fourth one free. So i send my wife and her 2 friends and now the fourth treatment is not valid anymore 2 days later

In the past we have come here many times. We always enjoyed the massages. However the last few times we have been here it seems as though the service has deteriorated. Not so much how they treat you outside of the massage, but there is a distinct deterioration in the ability of the therapists. The know how of a massage therapist is vital as someone can actually be hurt if the therapist is not qualified enough. The feeling we have is that there seems to be a lack of knowledge transfer and massage education. We won't be going there again.

This place is great. The service was good and very efficient. The massage was just what I needed, and then some.
