Poor communication.Constantly need to follow up with the drivers at the driving school. No one respects time at the driving school. I had a driving course done with the school. I had the first 2 lessons done, from there it was a pain because I was constantly following up with the driving school on when a lesson would be. They would either put their phones off or make an appointment for a lesson and then not show up and not communicate as to why the driver was unable to make it. The driver I had, Rajab, however, is a remarkable teacher who is also very patient. As a first time driver he would explain everything in full to me clearly and encouragingly. Once in the vehicle with him it's a very pleasant experience. Sadly coming to the business ethics, I had a very unpleasant, distasteful experience with the driving school as a whole. I had initially recommended my siblings to get their lessons done there as well, not a chance after the experience I had.
