I've encountered the worst service in your parts department, the consultant rudely asked me if i knew a part that I wanted. Why would a client ask for something they have no knowledge about?After the back and forth with your consultant he says the part I’m looking for is not available.Whether through a phone call or face to face consultation, everyone deserves good service.
