I've been visiting Pep shops around the area but for this time it was more than excellent. There was one sister behind the till who knows why she is under the sun! She creates an atmosphere which leaves you with a feeling to come back and buy more, keep up the standard and professionalism in serving the community. Sister Emmie knows her duties professionally, thumbs up!

I love PEP with its friendly staff. But I've also been to many other PEP stores in the country and area & this one is quite cluttered and the rows is always very long due to 1 max 2 at the pay point. I will highly recommend a better layout and someone at the pay point who can handle the transactions which take the most time.

I like the shop but soetimes quee is too long and it takes more time just to pay at some point only one cash point is operating while the quee is very long

Doesn't have a separate Paxi spot like the Stellies pep so you have to stand in a whole long around the shop queue just to send it off

This PEP always has whatever you need. It's clean and most of the time well organised. The customer service is good and the staff are friendly and helpful. They have adorable baby clothes and all kinds of bathroom products you might need. This PEP has school clothes and shoes available. Comfortable pajamas as well as slippers and shoes. They have a small kitchen section and a bedroom section for your everyday household needs. I've been here multiple times and I'm never disappointed. Face masks and sweets available at the counter. Highly recommend if you forgot something while spending the weekend in Swellendam with the kids.
