Bought a gel colour- lady as the till opened and showed me the colour. I said it was darker as on the tester nail and she said it will be the same. Got home and it is not the same colour as on the tester nail. Not even close. Phoned the store and they refuse to exchange for the correct colour. Would not advise anybody to use this branch at all!!!!!

Such lovely, friendly and knowledge ladies at this store! I'm a beginner manicurist and the ladies were so helpful! The store is small but theu habe everything and the space is utilized well. I think what stood out for me was the lady and her daughter who were travelling from far and her cellphone died and these ladies allowed her to come in and charge her phone there! So kind! Will definately be buying all my goodies here. :)

I'll never shop at this branch againFirstly my family and I walked in and we're all getting bad looks( for what reason, I don't know)2. They're customer service, HORRIBLE. No smiles in sight.3. When I ask for big" amount of product I'm being told they can't sell it to me like that because other customers must get the product aswell

I love shopping here, there is always a knowledgeable staff member handy, they stock everything you need and more and the prices are fair. I think if they upped their prices I wouldn't go back. But for now, I'm a happy customer. I love that they are strict on following COVID protocol, all customers must comply and I think it's good, for a small shop, they run a tight ship. 5 stars well deserved and management can be proud.

Bought a light pink colour, when I got home it was quite grainy and the brush was faulty. I took it back whereupon they Whatsapped the manager to find out what to do. No one took responsibility for the faulty product and I felt that they were accusing me of doing something to it. I waited a very long time for them to sort out what they had to do. Whilst I was waiting they started testing out the product itself and kept on shaking the bottle until no more grains came out. Every few times when she tested the product the grains would show. They still gave this back to me as is. The manager suggested that I buy a new brush. I said this is not acceptable as I received it with a faulty brush. I ended up getting a new brush for free. They just gave me back the faulty product?!Attached are photos of trying to use the product, the brush does not spread properly and it is still grainy.Their service really isn’t good.

Been there quite a lot over the past years. Always received good efficient service. Even if I order via w'app, I've never encountered any issues. Always friendly and helpful going the extra mile.

Worst customer service ever, everything I go there the staffs attitude gets worst by the day, no one was help full at all, they were just watching your every move like you a thief, but no one offers to help? I think they just use to helping certain people, I won't ever set my foot in this place again
