I bought earphones and they replaced them with ones that don’t work and I went to show them the problem and they refused to help me, they clearly don’t know how to work with customers and can’t do they job properly I’m highly disappointed and will never buy anything from this istore because they things are faulty

The worst!!!! Went back yesterday 24th January 2023 to get clarity on my contact, the Manger told me he could not assist me because he was not sure who the consultant was who assisted me.. contact I wanted was R789, 1st debit order today 25th January 2023 was R939. Operator #LuyMaj577

I had a terrible experience TWICE in a row at this store. The first time, my daughters went in there after getting the confirmation that one of them have their preferred iPhone back in stock. They were not tended to until I came in - I'm assuming that that's because they were young. We then had to wait another 30 minutes after being helped, and then it took about an hour and a half to complete what I'm told should've been a 45 minute process (contract application) . We were told it would take 3-7 days for a credit check to be done with the service provider. After a week we came back as we didn't receive any update from them, and when we got there the application documents seemed to have disappeared. Even with that, we had to wait for someone to help us for a good 20 minutes. They contacted the person who helped us and he denied ever having done any contract applications in the past week. We had to redo the whole application process. Thank you to the two girls Reneliwe and Johanna. who helped us in the end, they were so helpful.

Pathetic service to say the least.The sales consultant Luyanda Majola, after understanding the urgency for the need of receiving the lap tops today, messed up my wife’s and I’s Mac book contracts. Took out the incorrect contract and advised that the cancellation takes 48 hours. We now have to wait 48 hours to cancel her error . They didn’t even attempt to contact the service provider to rectify her error. After an hour of trying to get these contracts finalised, the assist manager who was first assisting us already left for the day after handing us over to Luyanda. We ended up leaving without the lap tops because she was now out of time and with absolute no apology from her!

I was defrauded in your store, sales person in your store “whom I was given the name by vodacom” sold a person an Ipone with my details vodacom have on their system and I am still waiting for a call from the manager to help me understand how KYC was done..Imagine me going through all this and now becoming my responsibility while your sales consultant failed on KYC and participated in me being defrauded.. And it’s been two weeks since being told I will be called after an hour. Now instalment coming out off my account for something I don’t own. Your store could not even stop the D/O and I have to deal with reversals?? To what extend? I become blacklisted because of fraud at your store for a non payment for a phone I don’t own????? As management take some ownership that since I was not called back you stop the bloody deduction from my bank account..

We visited the store with the intention of purchasing the new MacBook Air, but unfortunately, we did not encounter any Sales Consultants AT ALL. The Manager seemed preoccupied with her own tasks, barely looking up from what she was doing and it was only after a significant wait of approximately 10 minutes that someone finally approached us to inquire if we needed assistance. When we inquired about trade-in prices, the individual seemed uninformed and unable to provide any relevant information. In a previous visit to this store, I had received exceptional service from Kannita, and thus, my expectations for the overall Apple standard were high. It is disheartening to experience such a lackluster encounter.

An application was done on the 25th November - black Friday Deal x2 Iphone 11 for R699 - since then they have not called us or even sent an email - 5 phone calls have been made from our side where they keep saying it has been escalated - I called them this morning again they cant assist and keep giving us excuses - this is going on for to long now - nearly a month - they now cut the call and when calling back they answer but do not speak -I have been on hold for the last 15 minutes now after they answeredthey cut the call - I called back again - they cut the call again - I Store is this the bad service you give to new clients
