The guys are trying their best to source me the part that is needed to fix my car. Christiaan updates me regularly about the scarce part and he has been tirelessly working on finding the parts. I appreciate their customer service ✔️

We had an amazing experience at Bosch Car Service Hillfox today. We took our BMW for service and the friendly staff were knowledgeable and friendly, advising us re the service. I highly recommend them, especially when your car is out of service plan or warranty. Thank you Christian for such friendly service

This was my first time coming to the Bosch team at Hillfox. And I will definetly be using them for all my vehicles I am beyond satisfied with the level of work done on the car , and the engagement i received from Christiaan he honestly went over above plus beyond , and that says a lot about work character and work ethic . The turn around time was 1 day but I did a lot from diagnostics to service even changing cambelt plus its a turbo car which makes it all the more impressive. I am really happy and I feel safe knowing that my baby has been seen too and given that care.Definitely good value for money.The best part I think about this Bosch in particular is how great the culture is and the environment , ive spoken with quiete a few staff members each seem to be very jovial in their interactions and always smiling ready to assist or make u feel at ease it seems as though most have been there for a long time and thats always a good sign5 out of 5 stars .

Very smooth experience, service on my car was done perfectly, at a very affordable charge. A big shout out to Andre who gave me excellent customer service. I'm def using their services again.

I was skeptical due to previous reviews; but I received excellent service from Jacinto and the team. They dropped me off and picked me up at work, free of charge. Their price for a standard service also seemed very reasonable. Happy with the result and my vehicle was ready timeously.

I had my car serviced at Bosch. What a lovely experience. I was given feedback before 9 and the quote was explained to me in detail. Caylen was super friendly and extremely patient in his explaining all the things I didn't understand. What a nice experience, I was not treated like a stupid woman that knows nothing about cars. What a change from the usual service centres. Will only take my car there from now on. Very happy. Thank you.
