Poor service, my niece 's purchase was never delivered on agreed time.After she threatened to cancel orders & be refunded her purchases were put into a taxi.Both dresses were I'll fitting, too small at the bosom with too much material on the skirt.She is now forced to pay for alterations

BOW Africa does not honor obligation zero respect for customers, they went silent on me on the day of agreed collection not taking my calls viewing my texts Insta Dms and whatsapp not even communicating what might be the issues I had made a full payment for the purchase.
