Alright, so I make a call a day before confirming if they will help me with claiming for new Tyres via Insurance....I am advised to come the next day. I arrive on the next day, the assistant by the surname of Mnisi, says to me 'Where are you parked?' I say 'Inside here at the Customer's parking' his response 'Uhmm we are very busy today, the manager left with the tread guage, so we cant help you'... So I ask 'When can I get help?' He responds: 'Come tomorrow morning, the manager has left with the tread guage and he wont be available the whole day' I had to drive all.the way for NOTHING, with a tyre that is of high risk.I just want to understand, Protea Tyres Vryheid Manager, why did you leave with the resource at your workplace? Where are we going to get our services delivered???? how kind of you or you are working from home? Anyway, I am being sarcastic your assistant is LAZY!!! You will lose customers just like you lost me!
