Exam was rescheduled twice and then finally it had to start at 8am and now it's only due to start later. No communication and really a waste of time. I do not recommend.

Torque IT is extremely well known for the training and partnership programs but that is not why I am leaving this review.I've completed a few courses with Torque IT in both Cape Town and Pretoria. Some time ago I managed to misplace (lose) one of my certificates. A quick email to Torque IT and they were able to resend my certificate even 2 years after it had been completed.Great staff and a great dedication to customer satisfaction. Particular thanks to Keneilwe.

These premises were quite apt for the c# programming training as it was quiet and a lovely environment for learning. The classrooms were good and their PC's were suitably kitted out in order to do the practicals. The common areas for coffee breaks or lunch was really lovely. Only problem was the parking which is limited.

Started a refund process on the 22nd of August 2022 and it's now the 15th September and things are being made harder and harder to get my money back. It has taken more than 2 weeks for the finance department to decide I now need a stamped bank statement to get back the money for a cancelled course instead of just paying it back into my account. Never in my life was all this hassle needed for me to get my money back.This has ruined what could potentially have been a great experience with Torque IT.

If it wasn't for the horrifically slow speeds of the LABs, you guys would score much higher. Great trainer though!
