The convenience of having it on North Coast Road is a bonus and that's about as good as it's gotten for me. The service needs lots of improvement. I've had my order messed up on too many occasions, also issues with making card payments. Most of the staff make you seem like you're the last person they want to be dealing with. As convenient as it is being on North Coast Road, I've chosen not to go there anymore.

So convenient when you get that craving. Staff is nice as well. Manager checks on you. We'll run from a customers perspective so far.

This is a Mliky Lane on the go. Everything gets served in to-go" or take-away boxes hence the actual eating experience is quiet poor as compared to a normal Milky Lane. There is also only 2 tables. Spoons

The staff where helpful and friendly. The meal was prepared immediately. There was security present and the bathroom facilities where good. The eating area was neat and tidy.

A nice understated centre, Milky lane is known for its sweet dessert options and they also has some savory as well. We had a waffle and an ice cream, both good value and tasty. The service was satisfactory. They only have 1 till, and you may wait a while to get your order in at peak times

Is there a zero star button, useless service with a manager that visibly abusing the employees, order took forever, they then arrive incorrect. Manager does nothing to resolve it
