I find the staff at Plumstead quite unfriendly and very unaccommodating when I deal with them. Maybe it's just me, but it's definitely not as enjoyable a service experience compared to the previous location.Sorry to say, but I'll be going elsewhere whenever possible.

Great service and excellent facilities, but beware of the car park areas as vehicles can be targered. Mine was and my laptop... and all the information on it that is invaluable to me is gone too. Be vigilant.

I just walked out of the shop and couldn’t just let it go. There’s a gentleman there(the one that helped me) and the other one was just pure disrespectful and at one point feared that he may hit me. It brings me pain that people are desperate for jobs out there and some are ungrateful and disrespect customers like that and that as a lady I could be so scared of somebody that’s supposed to help me just by the hatred in his face and tone of the voice.

I recently had the pleasure of using the services of Postnet in Plumstead. From the moment that I entered the store until I left after my second visit, I experienced the most professional service. I am sure that the staff there are all of a very high standard, but I was fortunate enough to be served by a young lady, named Sascha. She was welcoming, warm &, friendly, while maintaining a professional approach and delivered on everything she had promised, with regards to the deliveries of my important documents.
